We offer a variety of senior fitness classes and programs to suit all fitness levels, so we guarantee there will be something for you to love and enjoy.
Besides our fantastic classes and activities, we are driven to create a thriving and engaging community of Active Agers, sharing the same goal of improving their health and wellness, while enjoying time spent together.

ActiveTRAX Aqua
Stay active with an exciting low impact water class to improve heart health and overall strength. Improve your mobility and reduce your pain while having a ton of fun!
ActiveTRAX Cycle
Get fit riding a bike! Adaptable to all fitness levels.
A fun, energetic workout that can be modified to a low intensity steady state or increase to higher intensity. Lower body strength builds better balance and stability in everyday life.
ActiveTRAX Zumba Gold
Have fun with easy-to-follow low intensity Zumba dance while grooving to a combination of Latin and international music to improve your cardiovascular health and strength.

ActiveTRAX SilverSneakers® Classic
Have fun with this triple punch class focusing on improving beginner strength, range of motion, and balance.
Use of a chair for both seated and standing support if available if needed, while you strengthen muscles with bands, handheld weights, and a small SilverSneaker ball to help improve everyday activities requiring a “Strong You”!
ActiveTRAX SilverSneakers® Circuit
One of the most popular, fun, energetic, intermediate classes! You’ll be using hand weights, elastic tubing, and a non-weighted ball for strength training while alternating with cardio segments.
The music alone is going to make you want to move!
ActiveTRAX Body Balance
A beautiful blend of Thai-Chi, Yoga, and Pilates, set to calming music. Improve your flexibility and strength, while elevating your mental wellbeing and creating a positive mindset.
ActiveTRAX Weight Circuit
Learn to utilize strength training stationary equipment to strengthen your major muscle groups. This 30-minute group educational training session will give you confidence to exercise on your own.
