ABOUT

Opened in 1979, the Healthtrax in Newington has 28,000 square feet of fitness space, including an indoor lap pool, group exercise studios, an extensive fitness floor, racquetball courts and a basketball court.

Trax Tip: Taking the stairs is good for you! It's an easy way to get a little cardio in as you're going about your daily life. When climbing stairs, pay attention to your posture to be sure you're getting the full physical benefits.
Trax Tip: Dealing with seasonal allergies? They can be a pain, especially as we're all spending more time outdoors. Consider a pollen mask while gardening or doing yard work, and be sure to shower when you go inside after a walk or hike.
Trax Tip: Did you know poor sleep habits can lead to other health problems down the road? It can be challenging to get enough sleep, but making this a priority can keep your body strong and healthy.
Trax Tip: As we start to venture back out into the world, grab some hand sanitizer to keep in your purse or car. It's no replacement for good hand washing, but it works well in a pinch!
