I stopped going to "The Gym" during the pandemic. But I felt an emptiness and a desire to come back. I did so, mainly, because fitness has always been very important to me. I've realized that you can be old and jowly, bald and dumpy, and could have more hair sprouting from your nose and ears than from your head and be accepted into this wonderful meeting place, a place that we simply refer to as "The Gym."

Its cleanliness, its staff, and its members were also major reason for my return. It is truly a family oriented establishment as members, while working out, can be discussing the weather, air pollution, traffic jams, or the high cost of a good corned beef sandwich. It seems to be a place without worries, without grief or regrets. All this while giving its members sound advice on what, and how, to accomplish their goals. Thanks to all of you who make it all possible.

And lastly, I cannot help but notice that as I leave Healthtrax each day, I have a smile on my face, a twinkle in my eye and a skip to my step since my return. And a big reason for this is all because of "The Gym."
